Legal Age and Compliance: By making a purchase with Blaze Box, you affirm that you are at least 19/21+ years old (depending on your location) and legally permitted to buy and own cannabis smoking accessories in your region, in strict compliance with local laws.
Shipping Information:
Schedule: All subscription boxes are shipped during the last week of each month.
Tracking and Updates: Shipping labels are created prior to fulfillment. You'll receive tracking information once your label is printed, with actual shipment occurring shortly after. Allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking updates. If there is no movement 7 business days after receiving tracking information, please contact us at hello@bluntbtch.com.
Business Days: Our operations run Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Address Changes: Address updates are not guaranteed once a tracking number is assigned. Please contact us immediately if an update is necessary.
Order Cancellation:
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If your order is already in transit or the shipping label has been printed, your cancellation will take effect the following month.
Order Cancellation: Once a shipping label has been printed, orders cannot be canceled.
Package Issues:
Lost Packages: If no progress is made on the tracking information after 10 days (domestic) or 14 days (international), please contact us.
Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 20 days before filing a claim.
Damaged Items: For items received damaged, please send photos of the damaged items and packaging to hello@bluntbtch.com, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis, subject to inventory availability.
Additional Services:
Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to inventory availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders:
Customs and Duties: You are responsible for all customs fees and duties. Please consult your local customs office for details.
Seized Items: In the event items are seized by customs, we will refund the cost of the products minus shipping.
Subscription Cut-off: Want to dive into next month's Blaze Box? Make sure to sign up by the 20th of each month. Subscriptions initiated after this date will begin with the following month's box to give you the full experience from the start
